Mad Cat Labs provides AI consulting, development, and related technology services including but not limited to: AI Strategy & Discovery, Data Services, AI Development, Product Development, Platform & Infrastructure, and Managed Services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website are the property of Mad Cat Labs or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Custom work developed for clients will be governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation shall survive the termination of any service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mad Cat Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated outputs may require human review and validation.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mad Cat Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes that may affect ongoing service agreements.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and any materials provided to you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
